Brought an issue to management and nothing done about it. Paying a small fortune to live here in a tiny apartment with no quality of life.

We moved to Sevona just a week ago and we've had a very pleasant experience.Valerie welcomed us to our new home with a really sweet note and a gift she left on our counter, she then gave us a complementary doggy leash. All our neighbors waive and say hi when we walk our dogs and most residents pick upafter their dogs, there are plenty of trash cans all over the property. Our apartment is beautiful and we hope to continue getting the great service we have been getting.
I've lived here since they first were built which is been a couple of years now and I have enjoyed my apartment very much. The girls in the office are very very sweet.
This is my first apartment, and have had a great experience so far. I love how spacious they are and how quite it is. They may seem a little pricy but for new and well kept apartments it is a great deal.

Love the modern apartment homes with granite counter tops and high quailty stainless steel appliances. The Beautiful pool area is great for relaxing. The staff here have been excellent and very friendly!

I cant say Im unhappy with my apartnent alone however,when it comes to paying my rent and dealing with the office staff it makes my experience here as a resident very unpleasant since the new management takeover. When discussing a notice i recieved with the staff they were not only rude and dismissive, they didnt think that taking the time to solve the matter was important as i am the one who pays out my pocket for such balances each month.
