RecommendedI’ve lived at Sevona going on 8 years. Management has always been quick to respond to issues and extremely impressed with current maintenance personnel. Not only does he perform quality service, he does what no other has done before. He cleans up after himself!

I love Sevona Avion! Not only are the facilities beautiful but the customer service far surpasses others in the area. Leasing agent, Lacy, spent quality time with me during each step of the process. Additionally the property manager personally spent time assisting me, which significantly to my experience. I highly recommend Sevona Avion.
I lived here for two years and just moved out to be closer to school. It was a wonderful apartment complex to live in and will miss it!

My wife and I were looking to move from a single to a two bedroom and checked out Sevona Avion. Our entire experience was positive and we will be moving there soon. They really worked with us to get us in the unit we wanted and the cost to benefit ratio is far superior to anything in the immediate area.

Great place to live reasonable price for all the upgrades. The management and maintenance staff are very good. Been here four years!
