I have never ever made a bad review but now I feel compelled to share the issues our Ascot Ladies group encountered with this shambolic company; We booked the 16 seater minibus months ago for our very special trip to Ascot stating on several occasions that there would be only 14 ladies, the other 2 seats were to be used for the outfits, hats, food etc etc. On pickup from Sainsbury's car park at 7am the driver Jason, seemed very unhappy with the quantity of items we had brought with us. I can honestly say I wouldn’t ordinarily post a bad review, however on this occasion I am so upset by the whole experience I feel the need to. I recently received a journey to & from Glastonbury festival by Jason at Daybrook Cars. I booked a 16seater, with trailer for initially 11, but then called Jason a week before to let him know it would be 13. Latest motors, smart reliable and very competitive. Never look elsewhere. Booked early, as you can imagine they get very busy because they are the best out there.
