I was bowled over by the kindness, professionalism and care I received from this team today. Everything from reception to prep to theatre to recovery was done with the utmost consideration and good humour. Yesterday I had a hysteroscopy under general anaesthetic at Day Surgery unit. The staff was amazing and I felt very calm despite my fear of hospitals let alone going under. Thank so much to all of you lovely people, you’ve been absolutely fantastic!
