I lived in a dawsons property for my final year of university and this property was better than my previous 2. When i moved in the entier accomadatiom was spotless and dawsons made sure i had all the emergency numbers i may need etc if there was any problems. Their response times were always quick often responding to emails withing the hour which was amazing as it helped get things sorted and they were always friendly on the phone and in person. Lovely place, great memories, quick responses when there where faults and quick replacements as well. Would stay an extra year but they were selling the place!
Great room and really enjoyed living there! Great price, and landlords always responded quickly if I had a query!
I’ve been with Dawson Properties for my last 2 years of University and they have been truly amazing and accommodating. All members of staff are really kind and attend to any problems promptly. I highly recommend them. :)
I spent 2 years living in one of their properties. It was an overall positive experience. They cared about their tenants, fixing things when they needed fixing, checking in on the house regularly, and going above and beyond to make me and my housemates feel welcomed. If you’re a student in Northampton I would recommend renting with these people.
