My buyers chose this solicitor and they caused so many issues in selling my property. Repeatedly asking for the same documents we had already sent them (either losing the emails or not reading them at all). Demanding documents that when we managed to get hold of them from other parties were apparently not relevant or were the wrong ones (despite being told that’s what they needed). Please read the following if you are thinking of using the conveyancing team at Dawson and Burgess (D&B). This is my experience. 1. Land Registry informed me that a charge on my property was not expedited until one month after my completion date on my purchase. I have brought this to D&B's attention after advice from The Law Society and am awaiting a response 2. I am really happy with Dawson&Burgess and didn't expect such high standards. I would highly recommend these amazing people (especially Magdalena) as they had helped me out immensely.
