Rented via Davis Tate in Didcot in 2016. The agent who showed us around the property lied to us (not sure if accidental or deliberate) about white goods being included. Didn't find out until we moved in and had to buy a fridge/freezer and washing machine which we couldn't afford. Davis Tate took zero responsibility. Some of the kitchen hardware (taps) were heavily corroded/rusted and the plastic sink partly melted, but the best they did was go 50/50 on that with us, because we failed to lift up the dishcloth and dishes that ... read more
We had the best experience in a viewing with Giselle R, she was kind, knowledgable and honest. She showed us around the property and was patient with any questions and comments that we had.
Matthew and the rest of the team at Davis Tate were absolutely brilliant helping us with the sale of our house.
