Davis Tate Estate agents in Burghfield is the most dishonest Estate Agent. I contaced their office having see a 2 bbed flat over tesco to rent. They sent me all necessary documents and tenancy. These I filled out and returned with my deposit which they except. Davis Tate, Burghfield, give me a tenancy move in date (31/3/25 ), 3 hours before I moved in they called me and said due to my CCJ they can't rent me the property. Really! Brilliant service from the team, especially Chrissie who went above and beyond to ensure everything went well. Kept us informed all the time and sorted out any issues when all got a bit stressy!!
