The sales part was great. The service dept was horrid. When I bought my new jeep I wanted steps. I had to go back and get them installed. That's no big deal. I also worked out that they fill it up with gas and remove the logo on back. Well went in today and told service that I was here to get steps installed the logo removed and they were to fill with gas. They wrote it all down and took the jeep. Put steps on and told me it was done. Logo still on and no gas. I told them they were not done. The gas and logo not done. They t... read more

Not your average dealership! These folks do it right. I have been to other ones recently, regrettably, and won't make that mistake again. There are so many good people there that really care. It's not just smoke and mirrors at Davis-Moore.

As a college student, taking my car to get serviced isn't always my favorite thing. However I have had nothing but an excellent experience here, Raider made sure that I knew exactly what they had looked at and seen with my car, gave honest recommendations about what work was urgent and what could wait until next time, and was a great help. For as long as I am in Wichita, I plan on coming here to get my car taken care of.

I've stopped in there twice on a key issue on a car I just bought from an individual. I figured I'd catch a little attitude since I didn't buy the car from them....NOPE. They were nothing but great! Got me right in and out and I left both times smiling!

I was out of town visiting family and had an issue with one of my rear seatbelts on my 2016 Wrangler. It was wrapped around the headrest in the back seat and locked so I couldn't free it for use. I stopped by the service department and took care of it quickly. I was back on the road within ten minutes. I was impressed by the clean and spacious service area and sales floor. I'll recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep. Thanks for the courteous service!

First test drive I get pulled over by the police because the dealers tag is stolen! Then I get promised to be able to leave the lot with my new car (under a circumstance that was a deal breaker) and tricked into signing agreement papers then being told they couldn't follow thru with the promise.

Raider Boyle helped me today He did a good job of explaining to me in an understandable fashion what repairs/improvements I needed to make on my car. This is the first time I have worked with Raider and I look forward to future car consultations. I do have to give a shout out to one of the best service technicians I have ever known, Bob Garrison.
