We have had a terrible experience with the service department there. They were supposed to rotate the tires on my husbands Dodge Ram & all they did was take the tires off & got the mud outta the tires....needless to say they didn't tighten the lug nuts on his tire & 3 of the bolts broke off while he was driving down the road. Luckily he wasn't going 70!!! They don't wanna cover the cost because they say it's been to long from the time they had his truck to the time this happened.
