Bought a car from Brandon Morgan n Jd Daniels n they done such an amazing job they were awesome!!!!!
They are the worst sales people. They lied to me several times and try and take advantage of women going in there to buy a vehicle. Very very pushy and don't listen to what you as the customer wants. Would highly recommend going to carmax or enterprise

Took my car for a recall. Was so quick and easy! They waahed and vacuumed my car before I left! Great service!
Terrible!!!! Service Dept. Son has a NEW JEEP and has been driving for weeks with a check engine light on because of a bad thermostat. They are telling him they cannot get the part. SERIOUSLY???? There isn't a thermostat at a dealership ANYWHERE IN THE US???? The first time he took it to them they told him to go to Orileys to get the code checked on the check engine light----NOT GOOD SERVICE This has been going on since before Christmas and here it is first of February!! GET IT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fantastic experience. Took my non Dodge crossover in for 45k service & they were waiting & ready to help. Terrance Hill checked us in & explained each detail that was going to be addressed. Much better service than I get at the local Mercedes dealer. Chris has a great staff that is very polite & knowledgeable. I will be back!

Horrible customer service, moved to a different city an lost all of the benefits given to me by the company when I leased the car. The dealership could not even tell me where to take my car for service in FL. So After you purchase your Jeep, don't expect the company to provide any kind of customer service or take care of you as a customer. I will never buy a Jeep again.
