I've watched the customer service that Davis Moore provides to their customers first hand working here. I'm brutally honest about places that I work for because if they treated people badly I wouldn't work for them. This company doesn't treat there employees like just a number. We're treated like family, but so are our customers.

Pretty poor excuse for customer service.... My wife had been there for five hours to get two tires replaced...... I'm pretty sure Helen Keller could work faster then that.... I've always been pretty loyal to Davis Moore but I don't think I will ever buy another new vehicle or have anything serviced with y'all

Absolute worst buying/lease experience EVER!!! Spent hours there while the right hand figured out what the left hand was doing!! The process took over a week....only to find out they didn't make my final payment or turn in my mileage on my previous lease....which was part of the deal. Buyer beware!!!

I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude from them back in March. Rob Hays and Travis Bryson were amazing to work with! They were responsive, genuine, kind, and respectful to me when I was looking for a new car. That is not an easy combo to find at a dealership. Also, it was my first Jeep purchase ever and I love it! I will come back to this dealership for my next car!

I apologize that this happened. I have contacted your Sales Guy Jack Cline & Carl Sheel and they are talking with our service department at this moment in time. We appreciate your business and we are working hard at figuring out what is going on. So far it sounds like we are waiting for a inspector from Chrysler to review the deal. I'm not sure what the next step will be but believe me when I say we are working hard on it and trying to expedite things
I didn't buy my jeep from you guys but I did have an issue and brought it in even though I was late to my appointment they still got me in before I could blink and out the door in 20 minutes!! I will be back for sure!!! Y'all rock!! And that dealership is very clean and nice!! Super professional!!
