It just took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. They offered to wash and vacuum my car but I told them no because I have things to do today and didn’t know I would need to clear my entire afternoon for a simple oil change!

I've been fighting with an interior issue for 3.5 years trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love my car but this is the first time in 18 years they did not stand behind their product. Don't use lotion? Huh? Makes no sense to me.
