Absolute worst customer service. Talked three weeks ago on October 19th about getting a part order. Told me 2 weeks max. It’s now November 8th and they’re telling me they just now are ordering it. And then told me 3 months!!!!! On a recall on my car that I was never notified about. Finally Bob told me Tuesday or Wednesday but I’ve already made an appointment to go to Eddy’s instead. Absolutely tired of getting the run around, so I went elsewhere.
You can start with being honest. I drove 100 miles to be lied to. Was never given a straight answer. They tried to offer me $1000 for a 2013 Elantra.....😂😂😂😂. Told me my payments would be in a certain range and then they come back over 250 more than originally told. Just not happy with then whatsoever. Thank You for wasting my time and obviously not caring about selling vehicles.
My only complaint is how they handle their multiple methods for scheduling. I originally contacted them through CARFAX. That became email conversations and finally texting to set up the appointment. I contacted them at 1:17 on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for 3:30. I drove two hours to see a car. When I arrived the car had been sold. reasonably fast service polite staff members and rates are not too bad
