Took my Serento in for recall maintance. All the work was not done the first day which I was very upset about, but Tony in the service dept was very helpful. He sent me home in a loaner car so I didn't have use their shuttle to & from work. I wasn't very happy with that service the first day. Was late picking me up from work, I got off work at 4:30, didn't get back to Kia until 5:40. When I went get my car the next day Tony had it ready to pick up,all I had to do was sign for the papers. Yep, I changed my review. From the start it has been one "communication mishap" after the other, all of them of course are my fault, they would *never* bait and switch. I have no problem with KIA as a brand, but this location has indeed earned a "typical car sales" status with me. The vehicles are fine, but whatever you do - watch yourself with the sales tactics and constant changing of banks, APRs and what warranty coverages you are sold. Lesson learned!
