Leo my salesman did a great job of showing me a selection of cars to consider and explained the selling points of each. We settled on a 2016 Optima Kia. The staff worked well with each other and the General sales manager orchestraed the entire process to our satisfaction.

Upon receiving notification about a recall, I called and scheduled to have things fixed. Scheduling went well but somehow I wish the recalls would be available before too late. Meaning....my engine had already been replaced months ago only for me to receive this recall notice last week. While looking for an engine, I was informed at that time that my engine was under recall but no one had any knowledge of the recall. All in all it was a great encounter.
