I am in love with my new 2018 Kia Optima EX. It handles amazingly well and gets great gas mileage. It's a lot of car for the money and I have a great car! Consumer Reports rates it as the CAR TO BUY!

This happened at the time when they advertised $1 down can get you in a Rio, Soul, or Forte. Was called by a sales rep after filling out a credit app online and was told come on and pick out your new car. My husband said OK, so we DO qualify and was told if you have a dollar you CAN get a car. We travel 2 hours to get there just to be told we DID NOT qualify. I thought filling out the credit app online was the whole point to see if we did qualify, apparently it was just to get our phone number to call us. It was a waste of t... read more

The staff was great, especially Kevin B. who was our sales rep. I would highly recommend Jenkins Kia and Kevin to anyone looking for a great car. We have been to another Kia dealership in Crystal River several times over the past few years and never came away with a vehicle. Only one visit to Jenkins in Gainesville yielded us a beautiful red Rio that we would not have thought possible due to high medical expenses. We love our car and would probably consider purchasing another Kia in the future!
