Went in this week to have warranty work done and it was a very pleasurable experience as is the "norm" for Jenkins Kia. All staff that you encounter are pleasant and don't mind spending the time with you answering any question you might have. Bought my Kia there in 2013 and trust me my next vehicle will be a Kia and it will be purchased with them. I think all dealerships should emulate the upstanding customer service you receive at Jenkins!!

We initially had a glitch in our sale, which is why there is not a five star review. Ken was able to reach an agreement that restored my faith in staying a Jenkins Kia customer. The car itself is wonderful and has every feature I was looking for in it and is a great color. The only thing I would do different for next time is go through a different salesman.

I recently experienced engine failure with my 2013 Kia Optima, SXL. Both Andrew and Thomas in the Jenkins Service Department were outstanding in service delivery. They demonstrated professional courtesy, knowledge and expertise while my car was being repaired. I really like my 2013 Optima, and now have complete confidence in Jenkins KIA and the service department.
