TLDR: Avoid renting with at all costs unless you’re happy to lose your deposit (and charges up to £7000). They were never been in contact to ensure I was happy during the rental but very happy to provide a long list of reasons why I won’t get the deposit back. On renting the accommodation, Initially a good Service. thorough inventory. After leaving property earlier than expected, Only 4 months into a six month contract, which was paid upfront, communication was poor, and more than half my deposit was kept. Shocking.
