For about a month I was struggling so badly with my lower back. Sam was brilliant at not only explaining and quickly diagnosing exactly what was causing my back pain but she gave me really good strategies of exercises and yoga recommendation to resume and maintain its strength. Her manipulation session were spot on and my back has been brilliant ever since Thank you

Samatha did a fantastic job of healing my back after I suffered from a bulging disc. After 3 weeks I was playing sports again after having been out for a few months.
After more than 4 years of being told by multiple doctors and physios to rest, stretch, massage etc Samantha immediately diagnosed the issue(s), corrected them within a few sessions, which allowed the resting, stretching and massaging to actually take effect and made me feel 15 years younger. I will continue to see her as and when needed and have already recommended her to friends.
Sam is brilliant. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and lovely with it. Any time I have back or neck problems, I see Sam and I'm sorted! The best money I've ever spent.
