Moved in 2019, the bathroom wall (from my room) has been “clicking” ever since which was reported at the time. We have contacted them so many times being told someone is being sent out but 4 years later, it never happened…
Just because it passes the NHBC standards doesn't mean its of a high standard. Would not buy another.
Matt is my landlord and has been very helpful through the difficult time of the floods.. my downstairs was totally under water and matt from davies homes was very good at getting my house back to normal very quick soon as possible 👍
