Gotta be honest.. We found these guys a bit odd. We booked a viewing at a Two bedroom period cottage which is advertised as a three bedroom. They are trying to say that the dining room is a bedroom ( Not good ) . Also on the day I asked the young lad showing us around over 15 questions about the property. His reply was “ I’m not sure, I’ll have to find out “ He obviously knew the answers to the questions I was asking, because he had mentioned that he had done loads of viewings on the same property. The whole team at Davies & Davies Bradford on Avon have been totally brilliant in enabling us to buy our new home. We had a really challenging situation, and if it hadn't been for the truely tireless work carried out by Helen, Natalia and Charlee in particular then we think our precarious chain would have collapsed. We are so happy to have arrived in Bradford on Avon and would wholeheartedly recommend this office.

A most friendly and courteous viewing was provided by Oscar. He was knowledgeable about the flat and allowed plenty of time to inspect the property and get a real 'feel' for it as a potential new owner. It was hard to believe he was a 'trainee' at the company as his manner was very professional and he gave a very good impression and representation of Davies & Davies company.
A real pleasure to deal with Harrison. We were shown around 3 properties and I was impressed with his knowledge of them. Would highly recommend.
