I would urge anyone thinking of buying a Davidsons home to be very aware that their post occupation help is extremely poor. There have been two issues that we encountered at our Davidsons home that predated the 2 year cut off for claims and yet they are refusing to do anything about. The first issue was the grass at the front of our house which never really grew well however we gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed it time to grow/bed in. Although apprehensive about buying a new build house we came across a Davidsons development in Market Harborough and knew instantly it was not a 'run of the mill' new development.The houses looked well built with lots of attention being paid to small finishing details. We could also see that the design team had taken the trouble to reflect the architecture of many of the older buildings in the town centre.
