I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough, I called him and he sent someone out ASAP, not only was the job done professionally, but also politely. This firm is helpful, reliable and goes the extra mile. So thankful in this day and age, there are still honest,reliable people like this firm,and I can only thank you so much Jim.

Phoned for help 20 min later plumber was at my door assessed the problem told me I needed new tap of he went to get one was back in one hour fitted new tap job done Brilliant thoroughly recommend them

Jim visited us regarding upgrading our boiler, he provided excellent advice and we decided to look at a Worcester Bosch boiler. The quotation was well presented with a number of options which he provided expert advice on. Benchmarking the costs Jim was about 5-10% more expensive than the cheapest quote, however price is not value for money when your dealing with gas and electricity. Absolute Pleasure to Deal with !! Most Plumbers & Engineers would have just turned around and told me my 13 year old Oil Boiler was knackered, but Jim, Paul & Iain managed to save me thousands of pounds by persevering with the Old Boiler, and let me tell you, it is running as good as new !! I have more work to do at my house and I would have no hesitation in asking this company to do it ! Keep up the good work ! Thanks from the 2 Daniels in Crawford :)
