Proceed with caution: trust, but verify. Recently instructed Davidson Gold to sell my flat. While they’re often praised as friendly, local experts, my experience highlighted a critical warning for landlords: Landlord Tip: Before removing existing tenants, insist on written confirmation from a buyer (Solicitor) that they’re fully committed—get the contract exchanged first.
