Be wary living on a DW site, you think you will be getting better quality , better service etc as houses are more but not the case at all at the St Athan development I live on, Management do not seem to care and although they pride themselves on creating communities for people to live in they don’t want to look after the area once all the houses are sold :( It’s really disappointing and the complete opposite of what they promise you before you buy!

Would highly recommend DWH from the initial purchase dealing with Charlotte and Maga, through to Claire, Simon and all at the after sales covering my later queries, not forgetting Shaun and Neil on site, very well done to all👍

We were miss-sold our property by Charlotte of DWH, we were told the garden had about a 6inch slope difference- however it is actually 0.85meters, we are not the only customers they have done this too, we have been fobbed off by the various departments we have been passed around, Paula asked us to get a quote to pass over to her and get something sorted, However this was just a ruse to buy time and hope the huge problem would go away, the labour quote is £6000 and materials are a further £4500, yet all they are offering is £... read more
