Update: error was eventually addressed and I've been compensated for the parts ordered, after a few emails. Poor customer service after the sale, and not willing to own up to mistakes. They directed me to order add-ons for my kitchen from the wrong supplier by providing incorrect information in the welcome pack. Moreover, the wrong supplier had my property in their database with the wrong kitchen, information given by David Wilson.
