If you looking to spend your hard earned house deposit don’t buy one of these houses or any new build for matter. I reckon you’ll be disappointed! Quality definitely lacking. If you buy/rent an attached house chances are you’ll be able to hear your neighbours through the walls. Never had that in a 60+ year old house for over 15+ years. Would only recommend renting if your desperate!!!
