Bought a new build semi detached 3 storey house two years ago and this must be the worst purchase I have ever made. Smoke alarms faulty, other electrics tripping out most days, front door lock works when it wants to. Floor boards all over the house creaking badly, gardens boggy. I could go on!! Please don’t buy, as they don’t want to know afterwards.
