I would love to pay a bill, but with phone wait times over 10 minutes and then once I do get to a "live" person, they are unable to take credit card payment over the phone because there is only one person who can do that and she's on another call.... I don't think it will be possible. Please let me know how I can actually send you money to pay off a bill without wasting a lot of my (or your) time. Most medical offices are moving to internet payment. Why doesn't Fox Chase have this option? Seems like you are dwelling in 1999.
