Not your local plumber in Worcester Park, as the Google listing might suggest! It's an agency - nothing to do with "David" in "Worcester Park". Very misleading. Anyway, booked a plumber, was given a time slot 8am - 12pm. No show, no letting me know that the plumber wasn't coming - nothing at all. When I called them to say I've just wasted half a day because of no show, they said they called me - a lie (no text, no missed call etc.) Avoid!
