I bought the mattress on June. They sent email that they cannot complete my order due to lack of socks. I requested the refund but they never reply my request until now.
Extremely rude and unreasonable - slap charges on everything without reason. I would avoid buying furniture from here.
These guys entered our driveway without permission and repeatedly refused to move their lorry despite being asked numerous times, becoming very rude and abusive. The driver kept saying to me that he could park there because the gates were open? This to me illustrated quite a basic lack of understanding regarding trespassing. I would avoid them at all costs.
Dwaine and his partner came to change my bed and did a great job. Both were very polite and did the job quickly and efficiently
