The overall service was great, very professional and helpful, and the delivery was quick and efficient. However, the quality of the furniture is very bad. I ordered two Elementa bed frames and two firm Orthopaedic Mattresses in January 2020. The wood of the bed frames started poking out after two weeks of use. I bought the mattress on June. They sent email that they cannot complete my order due to lack of socks. I requested the refund but they never reply my request until now.
Extremely rude and unreasonable - slap charges on everything without reason. I would avoid buying furniture from here.
These guys entered our driveway without permission and repeatedly refused to move their lorry despite being asked numerous times, becoming very rude and abusive. The driver kept saying to me that he could park there because the gates were open? This to me illustrated quite a basic lack of understanding regarding trespassing. I would avoid them at all costs.
