Doctor Klein was professional and attentive to my needs and questions in my interactions with him. I highly recommend Dr Klein.
My experience with Dr. Klein was outstanding. He was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to patiently listen to my history. In the past, cortisone injections for trigger finger from a well known hand surgeon in NY were quite painful. I explained I had anxiety about needing another injection… Dr. Klein was awesome and pain free!
When I first entered the facility The office staff was friendly and efficient and then when I met Dr. Klein he was very thorough with his explanation and encouragement about initial solutions to my problem.
I've seen Dr. Klein several times for hand and shoulder issues. This last time, he reviewed the MRI that I had with my left shoulder. I said that after the shot he gave me 8 weeks ago, the shoulder improved for a while, but then became painful again. I scheduled the MRI that he had already given me an order for, and between the time I took the MRI and saw Dr. Klein, the shoulder had improved.
