Wait time. Today it was 30 minutes before I had Xray's and then another 10 until I got in to see Dr. Klein. And it was a good day today! About Dr. Klein. He has operated on my shoulder twice during the past 16 years. In both cases successfully. And he's taken good care of me. He is a very talented surgeon and even though he always seems to be in a rush and it's sometimes tough to get him to smile, he always explained everything to me in great detail and we made decisions together. He examined, gave me all my options and followed thru with the ones I chose.fully informed.
Efficient, pleasant and informative
Dr Klein reviewed my xrays then thoroughly tested my shoulder and explained the reason for my pain. He offered me a steroid shot, which I declined and left the option open for the future. He prescribed physical therapy. He gave me an order for physical therapy and an order for an MRI if the PT fails. His staff was efficient and friendly.
Always timely. Last visit took a little longer.
Very organized process for imaging and reviewing results with Dr. Klein
He keeps me mindful of my issues and gives me options for my best outcome.
