I was seen at Kennedy/ White Orthopedic Center by Dr David Klein. It was an amazing experience. I worked with Erica in scheduling- she couldn't have been more helpful. I spoke with Candy on the phone the day of my appointment, she was wonderful, very accommodating. My x-ray technologist, Matt, took very good care of me. Lori, Dr Klein's RN was so very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She put me at ease immediately. Very professional and thorough
I have seen Dr. Klein for many years for a reoccurring shoulder injury. His treatment and PT are continuing to stave off shoulder replacement and I am doing very well. My visits with him are usually 12 to 14 month apart. Recently I showed up at his office over 2.5 hours early for my appointment as I entered the wrong time in my phone calendar. Prompt service, friendly staff, questions answered, and proposed approach to the problem when I’m ready
I had a good visit with him , he was very nice and honest about my situation
Dr is Attentive n informative . I left with print out summary which was impressive. However I checked in about 3 for a 3:15 appointment - was called to exam room about 3:40 but didn’t see Dr until 4:30. I was walking out when staff suggested I wait a few more minutes and then he was free. Giid fictir but not an acceptable wait time.
The entire team is so friendly and efficient! They all seem to really care about and enjoy their job!!!
Doctor is absolutely knowledgeable in his field and listens to everything said by the patient.
