As I write this, I have waited 50 minutes to see the doctor. After asking what was going on, was told there was still one person ahead of me. So at the earliest I C will have waited 80 minutes past my scheduled time. This for a specialist is unacceptable. This is a disregard of the patient’s time. At check in, I had to acknowledge that if I miss my appointment, he would fine me $25! As like most people, I have more than one appointment today. Dr. Klein is very thorough and gives clear explanations.
Dr. Klein was very pleasant while being informative and proficient. He did a thorough exam after X-rays and answered my questions clearly and verified my understanding.
Except for the long wait time, my appointment with Dr. Kline was everything I hoped it would be. He is very professional, thorough, caring and explains what your issues are, and how to best treat them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a physician that has their best interest at heart.
Dr Klein was very thorough in explaining the results of my MRI as we were viewing it on his screen. I left very comfortable in what he decided would be the best course of action moving forward.
I arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. In about 15 minutes I was taken for X-rays. The wait for x-rays was the longest, but once they called me the lady was very personable that did the scan. After x-rays I returned to the waiting area where I waited about 20 more minutes to be taken to a room. Dr. Klein examined my shoulder and we discussed therapy and he gave me a cortisone shot. If that doesn't work I will pursue a CT scan. I was very happy with the doctor he spent time discussing options and didn't rush me.
Very thorough evaluation & recommendations for remedies. Took time to read through my history & discuss with me about related efficacies.
