Communicated treatment options in clearly and concisely.
Dr Klein is very detailed in his diagnosis and treatment but does not honor his scheduled appointments. This was my second visit. Both times I had to wait at least an hour past my scheduled appointment.
Dr. Kline is the best he is very serious at his profession.
My first visit with him. I liked his style and seriousness.

The Dr and his immediate staff were great but he ran an hour late on my appt. So I rate medical care 10 but administrative oversight a 5
Knowledge, not rushed, kind
I had a follow up appointment with Dr Klein. Just recently, he performed shoulder replacement surgery. My recovery is going really well. I have regained feeling in all parts of my arm and hand. Dr Klein showed me X-rays of how successful the implant was. I’m very pleased.
I have a wrist tendonosis and he offered ne injection but I am choosing to do home care exercises and splint it for now. He does great injections i just didnt want one today! Ill call if i want the shot. He trusts patients, especially nurses!
