Dr. Klein was very pleasant while being informative and proficient. He did a thorough exam after X-rays and answered my questions clearly and verified my understanding.
Except for the long wait time, my appointment with Dr. Kline was everything I hoped it would be. He is very professional, thorough, caring and explains what your issues are, and how to best treat them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a physician that has their best interest at heart.
Dr Klein was very thorough in explaining the results of my MRI as we were viewing it on his screen. I left very comfortable in what he decided would be the best course of action moving forward.
I arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. In about 15 minutes I was taken for X-rays. The wait for x-rays was the longest, but once they called me the lady was very personable that did the scan. After x-rays I returned to the waiting area where I waited about 20 more minutes to be taken to a room. Dr. Klein examined my shoulder and we discussed therapy and he gave me a cortisone shot. If that doesn't work I will pursue a CT scan. I was very happy with the doctor he spent time discussing options and didn't rush me.
Very thorough evaluation & recommendations for remedies. Took time to read through my history & discuss with me about related efficacies.
Dr. Klein took the time to listen to my medical complaints. He ordered x-rays and conducted a thorough examination. He didn't rush my questions and took the time to answered all of them. Very professional and compassionate. While he truly rates 5 stars, his immediate office staff doesn't quite measure up to that level. The pharmacy they sent my prescription to couldn't fill it, so I contacted the doctor's office and provided the name and address of my local Walgreens to the office staff. I think the Drs at Dr Kennedy & White Orthopedic center are all top notch Drs.
I chose well, very pleased.
As always Dr Kline is profesional and to the point but still leaves you relaxed and not rushed!
