When I first entered the facility The office staff was friendly and efficient and then when I met Dr. Klein he was very thorough with his explanation and encouragement about initial solutions to my problem.
I've seen Dr. Klein several times for hand and shoulder issues. This last time, he reviewed the MRI that I had with my left shoulder. I said that after the shot he gave me 8 weeks ago, the shoulder improved for a while, but then became painful again. I scheduled the MRI that he had already given me an order for, and between the time I took the MRI and saw Dr. Klein, the shoulder had improved. i received the best treatment one could hope for. Dr Klein delivered a difficult procedure flawlessly.
Dr Klein is friendly, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. I am so glad that I consulted him instead of the doctor at Kennedy White whom I previously saw. Dr. Klein gave me a shot in my right shoulder. It seems to be mostly working so far. I will certainly return to him when I next need help with my shoulders. They are both bone on bone, and Dr. Klein was comfortable with my delaying surgery as long as possible. I hope he will see me when I need another shot.
He showed me my x-rays + walked me through options for treatment. He was very professional.

Excellent care and highest level of professionalism I have really ever experienced in a doctors office. The time taken to explain the situation past present and future and realistic discussions regarding outcomes I found Dr. Klein to be extremely patient and informative with my many questions I would highly recommend him. I actually have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire practice at Kennedy White. It is in extremely efficient and professional practice.
