Spoke with Mark Tadgell earlier today ! Re a issue with my ex landlord… what a rude man .. completely unacceptable re my question!! Very rude !! I expect it would be different if I had a extremely nice house to rent !! Maybe go on a customer service course Mark !!
Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
Very helpful throughout the whole process and kept us informed with regular updates. Acted on any issues swiftly and purposefully, meaning that the purchase went through nice and smoothly, and at a good pace! Would definitely recommend.
