Fantastic service throughout the entire process. We had a 2 day pack and move service from David Gray. The packing was a very smooth and the team were communicative and friendly throughout. On moving day things didn't go to plan for us as we had a delay getting the keys but despite the overtime the guys remained positive and did a fantastic job on the offloading/furniture building that didn't feel rushed or stressful. 5* service for such a reasonable price! Brilliant service from start to finish, David is extremely personable and Alice is the perfect accompaniment in being so efficient and friendly. On the day the movers were on time, efficient and very polite - despite moving two properties into one they managed the entire process seamlessly, from an empress sized bed and a cross trainer to navigating some very steep stairs there was nothing but a proactive and positive attitude.
