Easy dealers Approachable sales staff, helpful in regards to test drive and info requests, and most of all, they don’t sell rubbish, all quality vehicles at competitive prices. I’d happily deal with Ian and the team again.

Bought a good quality van that was well presented. All the other vehicles also looked immaculate. Only issue was that when I put a reserve on the van the company hadn't recieved it yet meaning a significant delay for me to go collect it due to other work commitments whereas I had time when I first reserved it.

Had excellent service from Nathan at David Eddowes. Purchased a 2020 Vauxhall Vivaro. Wasn't 'pushy' at all during the viewing and left me to look at the vehicle on my own after an initial inspection. Purchasing process and test drive were very easy. Would definatley recommend.

We bought a van from Eddowes. Within days of driving it the engine light came on- DPF issues. Then the vac pump and brakes failed. The wet belt was damaged and depositing debris in to the engine. Eddowes initially refused to change the wet belt claiming that to replace the damaged belt, which was still depositing debris into the engine would be classed as 'betterment', so they retuned it to us with the damaged belt still on. They then said that the DPF wasn't covered under their warranty, even though it was reported as fault... read more
