Hiran from the David Charles Pinner team was excellent throughout our purchase process - open communication, responsive, and helpful throughout. Very diligent when also showing us various properties throughout our search, which is not the case for other estate agents in the area. This is a final call regarding you arranging the trees on your property that are a clear and present danger to my young children and family. We agreed prior to my holiday that tree cutters would be and this would have been 3 weeks ago. I’ve had no communication from you. I will give you one week to arrange for those trees to be cut. Failure to do that will result in me getting an independent contractor to cut the trees and bill you for that in addition to taking you to court for endangering my young family’s lives.
