This company does condone and allow “gazumping”, although a legal procedure it is frowned upon by most, if not all other estate agents. If you have found a property through David Brittons, be sure to have an agreement in place to ensure this doesn’t happen to you. I was left with solicitors bills and all searches etc to pay for, but no property.
