Cant seem to access website
I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I was scheduled to view a property at 2:00 PM and, despite arriving 7 minutes late at the property after traveling all the way from Manchester to Nottingham, I found that the agent had already left the property without even attempting to contact me. There was no phone call, no message, nothing. The person sent to open the door didn’t bother to check with their office or wait, even though they were aware someone was still expected. David and girls have bin very helpful and have looked after us with our commercial propertys
I must honestly say that from a start to finish - 5 stars to this agency. From booking an appointment to view the property, sign all the documents, renting and helping with any issues we had with the house - to finally giving the deposit back so fast - I can highly recommend this letting agent to anyone! Thank you for the last year
