Worst viewing I’ve been to, a shambles. Agent was late, so we made our way to the property to discover a guest in her PJs was resident, after having been told the property was supposed to be vacant. Made a hasty retreat and discovered the agent trying to organise the viewing at reception, without access to a key for the property.
