I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled, following my experience with DAE, and particularly James Appleby of DAE. To start with, their workshop is pristine! James and his team have a real passion for the cars, and clearly a want to do the right thing for the customer. They showed me the cars good and bad bits, with no pressure to upsell. Subsequently, they have been super knowledgable, providing invaluable advice and support. I will most certainly be going back to DAE in the future.
As a service centre should be for anyone's Aston Martin. All staff polite and gave time when asked with my stupid ignorant questions. Only having brakes upgrade this time but will now return with my car for future servicing items. Middle of nowhere, pleasant walking around while waiting or client room with TV and Wi-Fi, James himself is professional and actually worked on my car, attentions to detail that doesn't play havoc with my OCD doesn't go unnoticed in my eyes, top of my list for recommendation for a specialist garage... read more
Used DAE for supply and installation of the VAP supercharger ECU and pulley upgrade (450HP / 436lb/ft) F type 400 sport. Found James and the team at DAE outstanding.
Collected my v8 vantage today from James after having a twin plate clutch fitted, whilst there James advised me that the rear subframe was quite corroded and with no pressure said it would be a good time to have it refurbished as it was stripped out. On collection James took me for a road test and explained the difference with the new clutch which was significant.
