After renting with David Andrews Homes for a year I would highly recommend. As someone new to the area I had no idea where to turn and this company were so helpful. The paperwork was fast and they respond to any issues in the house equally as speedy and with high quality solutions. Easy to talk to and were always friendly. Only moving due to relocation.
Im not happy with the service of Samt, I have sent all docs and paid the deposit as he requested. I was arranging with the landlord who was very polite/ for another viewing after getting the flat painted.. I had a query about the furniture as it was very old .. the landlord was happy to check it first, then got a call from Samt telling that the application has been rejected bcoz of my question!!!! I have lived in this house managed by David Andrews homes for 16 years. It was a fantastic experience and I am very happy with all the staff, they worked very professionally. When ever I had an issue within the property, I spoke to them and it would be resolved in a very short time.
