Total RIP-OFF!! We had them come out to try to fix our water pressure problem....again! The first time we called them, they charged us almost $200 for a service call to put silicone caulk around the pipe! After further investigation, a broken pipe needed replacing between the well and the basement! They have overcharged for time and replaced parts that were NOT the problem! Each service call we end up paying him to "GUESS!" They charged us $360 to replace a $30 pressure switch. We have now paid them $2300+ in the last year a... read more

They answered the phone and were very friendly and helpful. The tech Brooks called before coming (and arrived on time) and was very knowledgeable. He stayed to make sure the new part worked. Price was reasonable will use again !!!
