Dave's Cooling & Heating has always provided outstanding customer service from scheduling to completion. Today, Kris arrived right at the start of the appointment and provided a detailed spring service for both AC units. He was extremely polite and and clearly explained everything he was going to work on. He even provided an estimate there on the spot for additional recommended services which allowed us to make a quicker decision to have to work done. These people are fantastic. I had major work done by them - 2 furnaces and hot water tank replaced plus the installation of 2 air scrubbers (which I highly recommend) in the furnaces. My air quality has improved greatly. And if you have any issues they come back and fix them promptly and at no charge. Just hire them. You will not regret it. Only Dave's will do work on my HVAC system from now on. My wife and I are so happy we found them.

The technician was patient and thorough in diagnosing our furnace problem, and he arrived on the afternoon of the day we called for help. The part was secured early the next morning and we were good to go at lunchtime. Timely and efficient service.

The technician who took care of our scheduled maintenance was courteous, thorough, and respectful of the current "social distance" requirements for business interactions. He wore all the required protective gear (and, by the way, they ALWAYS put shoe covers on their feet when entering the home...) and went straight to work after answering a couple of questions about upgrading our thermostat. Have had a great experience with Dave's! Two years ago they replaced our furnace/AC unit quickly, cheerfully and professionally, and we just had the same experience with our spring inspection! Their prices are reasonable and their people really know their stuff. You won't go wrong hiring these guys.

Kris is a great service technician. He took the time to not only diagnose the issue but to determine if parts were warranted. A great communicator and was prompt in his appointment management. Would highly recommend Dave's as a quality locally owned service organization.

Terrific service! The technician arrived on time, sent a text before his arrival and quickly found the problem. He also provided advice on preventative maintenance. I was very happy with the experience.

Dave's came out to our home this Sunday morning after an emergency call from us Saturday evening about 5 PM. The tech, Mario, was courteous and efficient and fixed the problem with a minimum of fuss and at a very reasonable price for an emergency hours visit. I continue to rate them highly.
