These people are amazing! We've used them 2x and both times they exceeded our expectations Had birthday party planned.....family on the way.....air condition not workin..... called Dave's on a Saturday afternoon.... in about 1 hr.... Jim arrived and hour later we had air! Can't get better than that
They do poor unfinished work they have bad attitudes and they're just all around nasty people to deal with avoid these people at all costs

I have a home warranty policy through my credit union. I love it and it has paid for itself in the two years I've had it. They introduced me to Dave's Mechanical 18 months ago. I had a fail with my furnace and I have heat pump back up that failed as well. My warranty company sent a serviceman out from another company near Westminster that didn't fix my issue and the service-tech insulted my system and told me it was garbage and should be replaced.
